Halloween

We had a great time trick or treating this year. Matt and Julie brought their kids over and we walked the neighborhood with two of our neighbors and their boys! Tyce has gotten really good at trick or treating. I have never seen him run so fast! I guess we just need to hold candy out in front of him when playing sports and maybe he would be more motivated! The second picture is to show how far ahead Tyce is of everyone else. You can’t even see him unless you click on the picture!
DC
Craig and I just celebrated our 10 yr. anniversary by going to Washington DC to visit Kevin last weekend. It was great! The weather was really nice and cool. It was the perfect time of year to go.It was a short trip, but we squeezed in as much as we could see each day. The leaves were changing colors and since we were doing a lot of walking, it was nice not to be sweating!! Craig booked us on a Segway tour, which I was a little unsure of at first, but in the end, loved it! I would recommend doing one!

Is it Halloween yet?

Tyce has already decided he wants to be Scooby Doo for Halloween, so when we went out to eat lunch after church and the costume store next door was open, he wanted to buy it right then! He came home and put it on so he could walk Fidella when she was in town! For our own sanity, we also decided to buy this blow up cat for our yard this year. One of the other houses in our neighborhood had it last year and we spent many an evening walking over to say “hi” to the cat!
